Do you charge to come out and quote?
No. Measuring and quoting residential glass is free. If you can send a photo and a rough size first, you can often get a ballpark over the phone before anyone drives out.
Do I need to replace the whole window if the glass is broken or foggy?
Usually not. If the frame is sound and square, only the glass unit is replaced — a far cheaper job that leaves your trim, hardware and finish alone. A full window replacement is the right call when the frame itself has failed.
