Can you match an odd shape?
Yes. Irregular shapes, curves and notches are templated on site so the finished piece drops into the exact space rather than close to it.
What thickness should a glass tabletop be?
For a protective top over an existing surface, 1/4" is typical. For a freestanding top carried on a base, 3/8" or 1/2" tempered is the normal choice, and tempered is strongly recommended anywhere it can be struck or sat on.
